Key Responsibilities - Proactively identify and reach out to potential trainers across various domains via email, calls, and professional networks. - Effectively pitch our platforms value proposition to trainers, explaining the benefits of working with us on a commission basis. - Build and maintain strong relationships with trainers to ensure a positive onboarding experience. - Negotiate commission structures and finalize agreements that align with company policies. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of trainers into the platform. - Track and report outreach, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in edtech. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with professionals and build trust. - Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with the edtech industry or trainer networks is a plus. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
