Social Media Manager

We are Looking for an Social Media Manager with experience in managing social media strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will lead our social media efforts to strengthen our brand presence and drive audience engagement across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Master s degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and creating compelling content.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
• Lead social media campaigns from conception to execution, analyzing performance metrics and making adjustments to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in social media engagement.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Manage social media budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on social media investments.
