EA TO CEO
Job Title - EA to CEO
Years of Experience - 4-6 YEARS
Location - Sector 16, Noida
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO, COO, or equivalent.
2. Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
3. Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
4. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
7. Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Roles Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the CEO and handle various professional daily tasks and responsibilities.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners, and clients.
3. Provide leadership and direction to senior management and department heads.
4. Arrange travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and visiting guests.
5. Oversee financial performance and ensure the company meets its financial targets and objectives.
6. Implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
7. Good command in Market Analysis, Data Collection, Market Research and New Trend Identification.
8. Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
9. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the management team and staff.
10. Implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of ethics and integrity.
11. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
12.Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and effective communication.
