Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Actively generate and pursue sales leads to meet assigned targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to close deals.
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and sales techniques.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and sales protocols.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident sales approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
