Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and manage daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflows, maintain a productive work environment, and support the company s strategic goals. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Operations
  • Oversee and streamline daily administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Implement and improve office procedures, systems, and policies.
Team Management
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and manage workloads.
Facility Management
  • Maintain office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Vendor & Budget Management
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-efficiency.
Compliance and Record Keeping
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to administrative operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including contracts, licenses, and documentation.
Event and Meeting Coordination
  • Plan and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
  • Provide logistical support for cross-departmental initiatives.
Crisis Management
  • Handle emergencies related to office operations, such as IT or facility issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing large teams or complex administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor management.
