Key Responsibilities Administrative Operations
Oversee and streamline daily administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning.
Implement and improve office procedures, systems, and policies.
Team Management
Supervise and mentor administrative staff, ensuring optimal performance.
Delegate tasks effectively and manage workloads.
Facility Management
Maintain office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Vendor & Budget Management
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
Monitor and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-efficiency.
Compliance and Record Keeping
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to administrative operations.
Maintain accurate records, including contracts, licenses, and documentation.
Event and Meeting Coordination
Plan and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
Provide logistical support for cross-departmental initiatives.
Crisis Management
Handle emergencies related to office operations, such as IT or facility issues.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing large teams or complex administrative functions.
