Growth Marketing Manager - Demand Generation

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Demand Generation : Lead the creation and implementation of demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert target audiences. Develop strategies to optimize lead generation, nurture prospects, and enhance customer acquisition.

- Strategic Planning : Formulate and execute business strategies that align with Leucine's long-term goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

- Business Development : Drive initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances. Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders to support growth objectives.

- Revenue Growth : Optimize sales funnels, improve customer acquisition and retention, and expand revenue streams.

- Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize new market opportunities. Develop market entry strategies and oversee the execution of market expansion plans.

- Product Strategy : Partner with product management and development teams to align product offerings with market demands. Provide strategic insights on product innovation and roadmaps.

- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze marketing and business performance metrics. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the executive team, identifying areas for optimization and growth.

- Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing Demand Generation & Growth team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 institution.

- 3-7 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, business development, or a similar role.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive growth.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
