Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our team at JSW Gecko Motors Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling Production work in our SMV production facility, utilizing his/ her expertise in SAP, understanding every bit of electrical and electronic system in the vehicle and leveraging their prior experience in a similar role to optimize production processes and ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
• Utilize SAP software to manage production plans, track inventory, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products.
• Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of production procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Automobile Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar production engineering role, preferably in an SMVs/ATVs or Extreme Mobility Vehicles.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP software for production planning and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in training and mentoring production staff.
