Role & responsibilities

KRAs

• Provide logistics information flow by monitoring dispatch activities & engaging with plant logistics/ CSD team.
• Ensure all outbound trucks loading are accurately captured and documented, with timeline SLA adherence from SO creation to invoicing.

● Coordinate with transporters to move trucks for different destinations & ensure driver to carry JODL invoices

● Regular communication to Ops team on vehicle alignment status, material loading & invoicing status.

• Flag expected deviations/ delays owing to material/ labour/ transport shortages to category so that JSW One can plan action accordingly
• Any challenge with an order Pre SO to delivery should be highlighted to central supply team
• Develop and monitor schedules; review status reports; address problems & request by transmitting information or providing solutions.
• Prepare/ support MIS reports circulations on the schedules KPIs
• SLA Adherence for SO creation to invoicing. Capture & report - SO Creation to delivery delays. ● OTIF (against say a 30 ton order, how much is delivered)
• 100% compliance on JODL invoice reaching to customers along with vehicle ● Monitor & close with plant, the issues of supply shortage & in transit material damaged ● MIS reports on daily basis
