About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Content Writer who excels at creating or curating both
short-form, high-impact content for digital channels and long-form content consisting of
content for blogs, proposals, decks and product documentation. This role combines creativity with technical know-how to draft content with proficiency, requiring expertise in storytelling, understanding of SEO best practices, and the ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly content. The ideal candidate is comfortable switching between promotional app-focused copy and detailed documents, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-Form Content Creation:
• Craft engaging social media posts, ad copies, email newsletters,
  push notifications, and in-app banners to drive user engagement and app downloads campaigns.
• Develop clear and concise microcopy for app interfaces, release notes, and user onboarding flows.
• Create content calendars with detailed plans for platform-specific posts and app-related campaigns.
  
• Long-Form Content Development:
• Write detailed blogs, decks, proposal documents, and product documentation that explain technical concepts of our products and technology in a simple, compelling manner.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and API documentation to assist internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Research and write thought leadership articles on relevant fintech, SaaS, and technology topics.
  
• Content Optimization:
• Optimize all content for SEO to increase discoverability and engagement while ensuring technical accuracy.
• Analyze content performance metrics and refine the strategy to improve key outcomes such as conversions, engagement, and app retention.
  
• Collaboration & Brand Consistency:
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and quality across channels, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
• Skills:
• Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, editing, and proofreading.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Grammarly, Google Docs, or Adobe Suite for content creation and editing.
• Experience with CMS tools, app analytics platforms, and documentation tools like Markdown or Confluence.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with app-based content marketing and user engagement strategies.
• Basic understanding of UX writing and user-centered design principles.
