Executive- Time & Attendance (EC)

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate should have knowledge of Employee centric, Success Factors, System integrations, Time Evaluation, System development etc.
• Ability to manage End to End Leaves & Management system
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Candidate Must have knowledge of SAP Applications
• Review & update Leave Form / Leave Card as per approval. Perform Data entry (as & when necessary)
• Candidate should have knowledge to share various reports as per business requirement
• Respond to Employees and client inquiries and Assist in month end closing activities and other projects as needed
• Ability to interact with employees in a professional manner
• Proficiency in knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Advance Excel, VBA, Micro, Word, Power Point, MS-Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English & local language

Preferred candidate profile

1. Functional Knowledge of Skills (Must Have) Indian Payroll, Leave & Attendance Management, Income Tax, Compliance, Employee Centric, SAP HR Production etc.

2. Leadership Behavior AGILITY,RISKTAKING,EMPOWERMENT,ACCOUNTABILITY,COLLABORATION,
PASSION FOR CUSTOMER

3. Educational Qualification Graduation (any graduate-B.Com preferred )

4. Technical Skill required- SAP Time Module, SAP HCM, Employee Centric MS Excel, Word, PPT

5. Language Proficiency -English, Hindi, Marathi
