Senior Manager-Treasury Banking (Mid office)

Role & responsibilities

1) Working Capital Interest payments. ICD and Mutual Fund Transactions. Connecting with counterparty for confirmations/discrepancies and query resolutions. Maintain the Complete record of Physical Shares and Quarterly confirmation

2) Forex, Derivatives, Commodities, Borrowing and Investment Deals Settlements in SAP, submission of deal confirmations for FX and Commodities. Settlements payments. Connecting with business stakeholders for evidence submission and Budget data.

3) MTM valuation of FX and Commodity deals for accounts closing. Reconciliation of MTM with counterparties. Mutual Funds NAV update and Transfer Pricing. Hedge Documentation

4) Regulatory Compliances UFCE, Covenant compliance, Commodity certifications, Hedge documentation. Etc.

5) Overview and responsible for Issuance/extension of Bank Guarantee (within TAT). Reviewing underlying documents and clauses from Legal perspective ensure the completion. Co-ordinating with business, Treasury and Banks personnel for any query related to BG and its invocation and Disputed BG. Preparation of MIS reports, including NFB Limits, Open ended cases.

6) Daily Factoring payments and Interest payment on tranches. Provisioning of interest. Collection Incentive working - Financer & Accounting. Streamlining all ongoing factoring issues. Coordinating with Business Financer Treasury to resolve operation issues. Automation implementation. Monthly accounts closing and MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Functional Knowledge of Skills (Must Have) SAP FI, MS Office

2. Leadership Behavior Ownership & accountability

3. Educational Qualification Masters in Commerce/ ICWA / CA Inter

4. Technical Skill required SAP FI /Advanced Excel

5. Language Proficiency English, Hindi

6. Experience Required in Treasury Mid Office, SAP FI module.
