Role & responsibilities:
Responsible for dispatch invoicing of spare parts to regional warehouses, distributors, other plants, institutional customer and oversees locations according to the schedule and requirement.
Preferred candidate profile:
Receive monthly requirement/ schedules from plants, distributors, International Business team
GST Invoice creation in SAP-SD to customer on SO and as internal stakeholder on STO/STSA
MASOP, Job works and bought out returnable delivery challan creation for returnable material from plant.
Prepare e-way bills and knowledge of GST compliance
Follow-up and Co-ordination with internal stakeholders for shop made items and suppliers/ buyers for bought out parts Ensure availability of parts against requirement and schedule
Coordinate with transporters and plan dispatch as per vehicle availability
Create documentation required for dispatch including invoice, road permit, export related documentation
Execute orders and billing as per first in first out. Coordinate with quality department for pre-dispatch inspection
Planning of trailers, drivers against monthly/daily dispatch schedule.
Managing warehouse operations and inventory control for spare parts stores Manage queries from distributors, internal departments
Prepare various Macros/Adv. Excel/ MIS reports related to dispatch processes Other responsibilities related to dispatch planning
1. Functional Knowledge of S&OP process (Must Have) Must have dispatch invoicing related experience in SAP domain.
2. Technical Skill required SAP-SD / Excel / Computer knowledge
3. Educational Qualification Any Graduation
4. Language Proficiency English/Hindi
5. Experience Required Minimum 3 Year in dispatch area & SAP domain
