Executive - Time & Attendance, Jamshedpur

Role & responsibilities

• Required candidate for Time & Attendance Function.
• Candidate willing to travel Plant locations.
• Candidate should have knowledge of Time & Attendance module and Good knowledge of SAP Applications in Time & Attendance Module, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Proficient in overseeing the complete Leave Management system from initiation to conclusion.
• Capable of functioning autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dynamic environment, prioritizing precision and promptness.
• Possesses expertise in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with SAP applications is advantageous, Proficiency in knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
• Responsible for reviewing and updating Leave Forms and Leave Cards in accordance with approvals, as well as performing data entry when required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Candidate should have knowledge to share various reports as per business requirement
• Respond to Employees and client inquiries and Assist in month end closing activities and other projects as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English & Hindi language
