Time Keeper + Security Officer

Role & responsibilities:-

1)Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.

2) Prepare reports such as absenteeism, daily manpower, late coming, daily over-time reconciliation, etc.

3) Prepare all registers regarding all labour laws such as accident register, deduction register, damage register, fine register, over-time register, etc.

4) Leave & attendance management EL, CL, SL in UKG Dimensions Workforce software.

5) Adjust (hours) hours worked and any time off (leave) an employee has recorded.

6) Approve an employees timecard at the end of each pay period.

7) View an employees earned leave, sick leave, comp. time balances and total hours worked.

8) Assign schedules as per the requirements.

9) Knowledge of all returns regarding labour laws.

10) Knowledge of Payroll process.

11) Liaisoning with govt. dept. & legal compliance.

12) Rectify employees grievances.

13) Control absenteeism, late coming, early going etc.

14) Maintain employee records, their personal files and database etc.

15) Work related to ESIC, EPF, gratuity, bonus, etc.

16) Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.

17) Responsible for ensuring security of manpower, material and property in the premises.

18) Training and Development of Security Guards, Gardeners, Drivers.

19) Patrolling the facility during the shifts to ensure safety of the premises.

20) Monitoring the entry/exit of all as per the procedure for men and materials.

21) Management of Vehicle and Drivers according to the requirement.

22) Looking after Maintenance of companies Vehicle.

23) Emergency handling in cases of fire/ emergencies/ medical exigencies.

24) Overall conducting & completion of PQS Activities.

25) Pick up, drop & staying arrangements of Visitors & Guests.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Candidate having knowledge of UKG Dimensions Workforce software will be preferred more.
• Computer working proficiency.
• Good command at Ms-Office.
