Assistant Officer

Role & responsibilities:-

1. Manages RM/PM material- main role is space management i.e., optimization of space.

2. Ensure FIFO for material use.

3. Work closely with Food Safety Coordinator to make sure that the store is safe from pests, etc.

4. Include plant safety, security etc.

5. Knowledge of Food safety.

6. Manages store in accordance with GMP and GHP.

7. Role does not include any planning, it is responsible for the material once it enters the plant, coordinates with lab for sampling done by QC and getting material unloaded.

8. Creates the gate entry and GRN and send it to purchase in-charge.

9. Supply material whenever required to production.

10. Unloading material. Require knowledge of safety as well.

11. Proper knowledge of SAP MM Module.

12. Proper maintenance of scrapyard and ensure taking back all rejected material from shop floor and coordinate with concern for its replacement.

13. Ensure human safety during unloading and shifting of material.

14. Ensure all unloading equipment's used in proper condition like : forklifts, hand pallets, goods lift and unloading conveyors.

15. Ensure timely reporting of any breakdown in unloading equipment's and get the same repaired with proper follow-up with concerned department.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Diploma in "Material Management" + Any Graduate(Regular).
• Good knowledge of "SAP-MM" Module.
• Computer Proficiency.
• Two - Three years of experience in "RM-Store Management".
• Good communication skills.
