Manager/ Sr Manager - Sales Trainer / Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Provide detailed knowledge on product specifications, packaging, and positioning in the market.
• Equip sales teams with key competitive advantages and target market insights
• Train on sales processes like lead generation, CRM, and closing strategies.
• Develop tactics to enhance market penetration, distributor/retailer/wholesaler engagement, and sales effectiveness.
• Provide training on communication, negotiation, and relationship-building techniques.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Ensure all content reflects product updates, process adherence and evolving sales strategies.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.
• Report on training outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with HR and Sales Managers to address skill gaps and enhance performance.
