Job Description

Vice President, Sales (with a focus on the US market) : Sales Agency or B2B/B2C Sales

The VP of Sales will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth in the US by leveraging general sales skills, excellent networking capabilities, and a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends in the US market. The role requires proactive leadership in new business development, strategic account management, and team leadership.

  • Minimum of 8 years in high-level sales environments, preferably in agency sales or B2B corporate sales, with a focus on the US market.
  • Proven track record of developing new business and effectively managing and expanding client relationships in the US.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business development initiatives across the US, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and assessments to ensure sales strategies and objectives are being met in the US market.
  • Support and build sales channels to expand market reach across the US.
  • Self-generate leads, qualify prospects, create sales proposals, and close deals specifically for the US market.
  • Manage and nurture leads generated by the company within the US.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team for key account pitches, ensuring pitches are compelling and delivered on time within the US context.
  • Present pitches and proposals, handle objections, and negotiate to close deals within the US.
  • Oversee contract modifications, execution, and compliance in the US business environment.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the delivery team, and provide a monthly overview of execution progress within the US.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and participate in recovery processes as needed within the US market.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, becoming a go-to advisor in the space of digital marketing within the US.
  • Explore new business opportunities such as industry or service expansions within the US market.
