We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful SEO and SEM campaigns for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of increasing search engine visibility, driving qualified traffic, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for paid advertising campaigns.
SEO:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform content strategies and campaigns.
Execute on-page and off-page SEO optimizations, including technical SEO audits.
Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.
Monitor and analyze search engine rankings; adapt strategies as needed.
Stay informed of the latest SEO algorithms, trends, and best practices.
SEM (PPC):
Design, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis for PPC targeting.
Create compelling ad copy, optimize landing pages, and A/B test for maximum conversions.
Manage campaign budgets, analyze performance metrics, and optimize to achieve ROI targets.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Prepare detailed reports on SEO and SEM performance for clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with content writers, web developers, and the wider marketing team.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEO & SEM).
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Working knowledge of paid search platforms and campaign management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
