Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Taboola Ads, and Twitter Ads.
Expertise in optimizing campaigns, including generating strategic decisions and scaling up efforts for maximum impact.
Maintain strong proficiency in managing various campaign types such as Conversion, Traffic, Lead Generation, Shopping, Discovery, and App Install to ensure consistent growth.
Deep knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution modeling, including the creation and management of pixels/tags and setting conversion parameters.
Adapt targeting strategies to align with changing search trends and manage client escalations efficiently.
Possess a detailed understanding of marketing concepts and brand communication strategies.
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, evaluating effectiveness against predefined goals.
Manage and oversee projects within specified budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing within a marketing agency setting, specifically handling high-profile B2C clients such as Homelane, JioCinema, Havells, Asian Paints, D decor, Livspace, Jaguar Light, Healthkart, Kajaria, Atomberg, Wakefit, and KBS.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive approach to challenges and innovation in marketing strategies.
Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with working knowledge of YouTube & Pinterest.
Extensive experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics.
Education: Graduate degree or a UGC-approved Diploma in Mass Media, Marketing Communication, or Advertising preferred.
