Job Description

1.Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

2.Branding and PR:

Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity.

Manage public relations efforts to build positive relationships with the media and key stakeholders.

Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

3.Communication Media:

Lead the development of communication plans to convey the companys vision and values.

Manage the creation of compelling content for various media channels, including press releases, blog posts, and social media.

4.Promotion:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.

Collaborate with partners and influencers to expand reach and enhance promotional activities.

Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of promotional campaigns to optimize strategies.

5.Content Creation:

Oversee the end-to-end process of creating short movies, teasers, trailers, and launches for YouTube and other platforms.

Develop creative concepts and collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality content production.

Utilize analytics and audience insights to tailor content strategies and enhance viewership.

6.YouTube Channel Experience:

Extensive experience managing a YouTube channel, including the production of multiple short films, teasers, trailers, and launches.

Proven success in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, master classes, and Craft school initiatives.

7.Digital Marketing and Media:

Focus on recruiting a candidate with a strong background in digital marketing, media, PR, promotions, branding, and communications.

Leverage expertise in live productions and content indications to enhance the companys digital presence.

8.Brand Hosting:

Collaborate with the CEO to represent the brand effectively in various hosting capacities.

Ensure alignment of brand messaging with executive leadership vision.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in marketing, branding, and content creation in the entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content distribution.
Demonstrated success in executing successful promotional campaigns and increasing audience engagement.
Proficiency in video production and editing tools; experience in creating short movies for YouTube.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
