- 10 years of progressive experience in brand management and marketing.
- Proven experience in leading large marketing teams and successful product and brand launches.
- MBA from IIMs or equivalent prestigious institution.
- Extensive experience in dealing with advertising agencies and overseeing the creation of impactful ads.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Should be a team manager and must have handled 10+ team size if marketing executives and managers.
- Should have worked as a Brand Champion/ Custodian in his career.
- Should have handled multiple product/ project launches with 360 degree launch campaigns
- Must have worked/ handled large advertising agencies.
- Should have handled marketing budgets of Rs.25 Crores and above per annum.
- Should be a thinker/ innovator and should be able to create opportunities in adversities
- Must possess the ability to understand data and be a data driven professional with attention to details.
- Must be knowledgeable to handle digital marketing.
