Role & responsibilities :-
We are looking for a Corporate Salesperson who can drive Company goals, including KPIs and targets, and maximize Sales growth, category trends, as well as broader marketing and merchandising strategies to establish new customers. He will be responsible for driving sales growth in the corporate market by developing strong relationship with corporate clients, increasing bulk orders, and exploring new business opportunities.
This role involves strategizing and executing sales plans, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to boost revenue, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction while meeting sales target.
Drive sales growth in the corporate market by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
1. Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services.
2. Develop plans to acquire new customers through techniques
3. Provides general business and operational guidance while leading through influence.
4. Negotiating and closing sales deals with corporate clients.
5. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat business and bulk orders.
8. Identify potential corporate clients, pitch products, and secure long -term partnerships.
9. Collaborate with external markets and stakeholders to boost sales and explore new revenue streams.
10. Facilitate and overseas bulk orders for corporate gifting, events, and employee programs.
11. Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to align sales goals with company objectives.
12. Conducting market research to identify corporate sales opportunities and trends.
Develop and nurture relationships with high-value clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Preferred candidate profile :-
- Educational Qualification :- Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience : 3-4 years in corporate sales, preferably in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or
FMCG sector.
- Skills Required:-
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
