Experience: 4+ years in Corporate Sales, preferably in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Bakery industry
Salary: Competitive base salary + Attractive incentives based on monthly corporate sales performance
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Business Development: Identify and acquire new corporate clients for bulk orders, event catering, and gifting solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, event planners, admin teams, and procurement heads of corporates, hotels, and institutions.
Sales Target Achievement: Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through corporate tie-ups, festive gifting, and employee engagement programs.
Market Research & Competition Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new business opportunities in the corporate gifting and event space.
Client Retention & Upselling:
Develop long-term partnerships and maximize repeat orders through excellent service and product recommendations.
Event Coordination:
Support corporate events, employee engagement activities, and bulk order execution with smooth coordination.
Key Skills & Requirements
Proven track record in corporate sales, B2B sales, or institutional sales in the food, hospitality, or retail sector.
Strong network with corporate HR/Admin/Event planners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Role & responsibilities
