Senior Sales Executive

Working days: Mon to Sat

Report to: Inside Sales Manager

Package: upto 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion:

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Follow up on leads generated and convert them into sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Execution:

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on Soulflowers product range, features, and benefits to confidently explain them to customers.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about product usage and care.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and sales processes.
• Share customer feedback with relevant teams to improve products and services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role (experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
