Working days: Sunday to Friday, Week off on Saturday

Location: Marol Andheri




Responsibilities:


HR Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee records, attendance, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide effective solutions.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for various roles within the company.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Administration Management:

  • Oversee office administrative functions, including inventory management, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of office infrastructure.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the premises.
  • Manage and coordinate office facilities, including security systems, IT systems, phone lines, and electrical maintenance.
  • Ensure timely utility bill payments (electricity, internet, etc.) and maintain proper records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external partners for office-related needs.
  • Maintain company vehicles, drivers, and track vehicle usage and related expenses.
  • Conduct daily checks for security, water, and electric meter readings.

Requirements:


Experience: 3-4 years of experience in an HR Executive role, with exposure to administrative functions, preferably in the manufacturing or cosmetic industry.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing and cosmetic sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications are a plus.
