Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities in the corporate gifting space by researching potential clients and industries.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop a strategic approach to acquiring new clients, understanding their gifting needs, and presenting customized solutions that meet their goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Regularly communicate to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure the successful close of deals with corporate clients.
  • Market Analysis & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, new gifting options, and competitive landscape to continuously offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to develop unique corporate gifting packages and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales records, track performance against targets, and report on business development activities, outcomes, and opportunities.
  • Event & Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of corporate gifting events, holiday campaigns, or special promotions that drive sales and brand visibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years in business development, sales, or account management in the corporate gifting, promotional products, or related industries.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the corporate gifting market and customer needs.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
