Job Overview:
We are seeking an HR Manager with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, and Leadership Hiring. You will lead recruitment efforts, focus on hiring senior leadership, and drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment for all levels, with a focus on senior leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Partner with leaders to define job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Implement employee engagement programs to boost retention and satisfaction.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and talent management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in Talent Acquisition and Leadership Hiring.
• Proven ability to recruit senior-level positions and engage employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment platforms and talent management tools.

Education Criteria:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is a plus.
