Job Summary

The Senior Field Manager will lead and oversee field operations, ensuring the successful execution of political campaigns and strategies. This role involves managing a team of field executives, building grassroots support, and ensuring alignment with the overarching campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Operations Management:
• Plan and execute field strategies for political campaigns.
• Supervise field teams to ensure target achievements within deadlines.
• Monitor on-ground activities and provide actionable insights to the central team.
2. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and mentor field executives.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet campaign objectives.
3. Community Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with local communities, influencers, and opinion leaders.
• Gather feedback from constituents to improve campaign messaging.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect and analyze field data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to the leadership team.
5. Crisis Management:
• Address on-ground challenge promptly and ensure campaign continuity.

Required Qualifications

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in Political Science, Management, or related fields.
• Masters degree (preferred).

2. Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field operations, grassroots organizing, or political campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale field teams.

3. Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and field management tools.
