Retail Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Greeting customers: Being the first point of contact for customers, and professionally greeting them
• Providing product knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of products, their features, benefits, and value
• Answering customer questions: Being able to answer customer questions and concerns, and offer relevant product suggestions
• Handling customer complaints: Handling customer complaints in a calm and professional manner

• Providing outstanding customer service: Creating a positive environment for customers to shop and buy
• Cross-selling: Encouraging beneficial product add-ons and upselling when appropriate
• Promoting sales: Promoting current sales, promotions, and coupon deals
• Explaining store-member benefits: Explaining store-member benefits and encouraging customers to sign up
• Working as a team: Working as a team to achieve sales goals

Candidate needs to be from Retail industry.
