Site: Navi Mumbai & KDMC Market

Position reports to: Business Head

Business / Function: Sales / Site Head.

Job role:

1.      Assist the Business Head in creating the sales strategy, sales plan for the site

2.      Review sales funnel for each sales manager and provide guidance to close the deal

3.      Provide training to team members (Sales Pitch, Process, Negotiation, Closing a deal

4.      Break –down site office target to individual sales managers and facilitate target achievement throughout the month

5.      Meet customers on need basis for closure

6.      Gather competitive intelligence (product, schemes, etc.)

7.      Oversee on-site customer experience

8.      Ensure customer information is updated in the system in real time

9.      Ensure complete customer documents are collected by the sales manager at the time of booking

10.   Ensure inventory status is updated in the trackers / system, daily reconciliation of bookings, inventory

11.   Coordinate with developer for updates, approvals

12.   Analyse data, share reports, analysis with management

13. Minimise on booking cancellation

14.  Share feedback with marketing team on creatives, channels of communication.

Target Profile:

•       Age 25 yrs to 35 yrs

•      MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Sales / Marketing

•      Must have 12 - 15 years of experience in Real Estate residential selling

•      Should have handled projects single-handedly

•      Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the willingness to travel extensively
