General Manager (Infra Contracts)

• Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.
• Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.
• Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.
• Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Develops bids for construction projects.
• Good understanding of structures related to Bridges and Highways.
  Full knowledge about drawings, coordination.
• Coordination with and Contractors and submission of Daily Progress Reporting.

• Expertise required in bill verification, checking of lines & levels, taking of quantities,

• Must have knowledge of Tendering and Execution work.
• Preparation of requirement of the construction Materials, Machinery and Manpower.
• Finalizing the subcontractors as per the requirement of project.
• Preparing and tracking the cash inflow & outflow of the project.
• Assisting Project Director in day-to-day activities.
• Attending weekly & monthly meetings with client & AE.
• Techno financial Planning for the project.
