Senior Sales Manager (Private Labeling)

Role & responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow Clean Beauty's contract manufacturing and private labeling business.
• Generate and qualify leads, converting them into long-term business relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and pitching to contract negotiation and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at beauty brands, retailers, and distributors to drive repeat business.
• Leverage existing industry connections to fast-track business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and alignment of production capabilities with client needs.
• Represent Clean Beauty at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to expand brand awareness and build new partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and drive revenue growth, ensuring business objectives are met.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related fi eld.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
• Strong industry network and relationships with key decision-makers in beauty brands looking for private labeling and contract manufacturing solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and analyze market trends to drive strategic sales growth.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
