Quality Control Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Quality Control:

• Oversee quality checks for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and address quality concerns proactively.

2. Inward Goods Management:

• Manage the receipt and verification of inward goods, ensuring that deliveries match purchase orders and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and update inventory systems accordingly.

3. Vendor Coordination for Label Requirements:

• Collaborate with vendors to procure product labels as per production schedules and design specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of labels and address any discrepancies or quality issues.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain proper documentation for quality checks, inward goods records, and vendor transactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

5. Reporting:

• Provide regular updates on inward goods, QC processes, and vendor coordination to the management team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in quality control, inward goods management, or vendor coordination, preferably in the personal care or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in inventory management and QC tools is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
