Performance Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
• Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads through Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continuously improve performance.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and optimizations.
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, progress, and insights, and present updates to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing goals.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEM, PPC, and digital marketing to ensure innovative, competitive campaigns.
• Strategically allocate and manage ad budgets for maximum efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Track and optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and LTV (Lifetime Value) to enhance campaign profitability.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and marketplace dashboards to extract insights & refine strategies.
• Stay updated on beauty marketing trends, competitor strategies & emerging digital marketing tools to drive innovation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C or e-commerce specifically in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and marketplace ads (Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart).
• Proven experience in budget management, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and Nykaa Seller Central.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable steps.
• Proven experience in budget management, lead generation, and A/B testing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to drive campaign success.
