Role & responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad campaigns accordingly.
• Develop compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience and adheres to best practices.
• Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal campaign performance.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to identify and implement improvements.
• Keep an eye on competitor strategies and trends within the real estate industry to stay competitive.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads (3-6 years).

- Google Ads certification is a strong plus.

- In-depth knowledge of PPC best practices, bid management, and keyword research.

- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Experience in the real estate industry is a bonus.
