Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who specializes in lead generation, sales, and increasing footfall for businesses operating in both B2B and B2C spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple ad platforms, ensuring seamless tracking and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad networks.
• Set up and optimize tracking for all ad platforms, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign performance.
• Implement various tracking methods including UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook Pixel, GA4, and server-side tracking.
• Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and make data-backed recommendations for continuous performance improvement.
• Drive lead generation, sales, and footfall through targeted digital marketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong track record in lead generation and conversion-driven campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
• Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook Pixel, and server-side tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
