We are looking for a Social Media Expert with hands-on experience in organic social media growth and strategic implementation. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and engagement techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Growth

• Develop, implement, and optimize organic social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute social media calendars, ensuring a mix of promotional, engaging, and informative content.
• Monitor and analyze trends, competitors, and audience insights to enhance social media engagement and reach.
• Utilize SEO principles and hashtag strategies to boost organic visibility and impressions.

Content Creation & Engagement

• Collaborate with the design and content team to conceptualize engaging posts, reels, carousels, stories, and live sessions.
• Create compelling copy and captions that align with brand voice and audience preferences.
• Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics like engagement, follower growth, reach, and conversions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve organic performance.
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media analytics dashboards to assess campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest social media algorithm changes and implement new tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive engagement and visibility.
• Work closely with the paid marketing team to align organic and paid strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in managing social media for brands, agencies, or businesses.
• Proven ability to grow social media pages organically using strategic content and engagement techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Understanding of SEO for social media and hashtag strategies.
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide insights for improvement.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
