Job Description

As Paid Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing efforts. Primarily you will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing ROI through strategic paid advertising campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee other facets of digital marketing to create a holistic and effective digital marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and develop advertising strategies: Create, implement and manoeuvre paid advertising strategies for our clients across various platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet specific campaign objectives.
  • Ideate and develop social media plan & strategy for multiple clients.
  • Campaign management & optimization: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns from inception to completion, including keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and bids optimization.
  • Audience targeting: Conduct research to identify target audiences and develop audience segmentation strategies for more personalized ad delivery and content.
  • Competitor analysis: Keep abreast with competitor activities, industry trends, and ad ranking factors to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Performance analysis: Analyze campaign and content performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS, and use data-driven insights to continually optimize campaigns and content for better results.
  • Budget management: Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI, monitor spending, and adjust as needed.
  • Analysis and reporting: Analyze campaigns thoroughly and create detailed reports with KPIs. Recommend and suggest troubleshooting mechanisms to better campaign performance.
  • Content creation: Oversee and assist design team in generation of high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email marketing, and websites. 
  • Experience with 3rd party media tools such as Adobe Media Optimizer, Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick, etc. is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid advertising, content creation, social media management & marketing.
  • Agency experience would be a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Analytical tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns, and effectively managing social media channels.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant advertising platforms is a must.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable growth.
