PAID MEDIA EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in social media advertising. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns across various digital platforms.

Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Salary: 5 LPA

Experience: 3 Years

Education: Any Graduate

Should have Performance Marketing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create and optimize ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad copywriting, and creative development, to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media advertising, and to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, product) to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media advertising.
• Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) including ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectivelyghly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Google Ads certification and experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.

Desired Candidate skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years.
• Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in Running Ads Campaign.
• 5 days working, Monday to Friday.
• Shift Timing: 10:00am to 7:00pm.
