Admission Counsellor

The role requires proven experience in the E-Learning industry, focusing on providing counseling sessions to guide students and parents on their learning needs. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting daily online demo sessions, followed by follow-up sessions. The position demands an understanding of customer profiles and addressing their concerns regarding ineffective learning methods while promoting smart learning solutions. The individual will be expected to stay updated with product knowledge, improve sales skills, and meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, the role requires building a consistent sales pipeline and performing engaging online and offline demos to prospective clients.

What will you do:

• Proven experience in the n E-Learning Industry is Mandatory.
• Providing counseling sessions to advise the student and their parents about their learning needs.
• Scheduling appointments and conducting online demo sessions on a daily basis including follow-up sessions.
• Understanding customer profiles & problems to explain the implications of ineffective learning methods.
• Creating the need for smart learning and advising student-parent to subscribe to solutions.
• Handling objections and negotiating prices to generate sales revenue.
• Continuously upgrading product knowledge and sales skills to exceed the growing sales target
• Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly revenue
• Build a strong pipeline and should be consistent in sales
• Perform effective online and offline demos to prospect
