Customer Support Executive - Assamese and Oriya

Job Summary :

We are hiring dynamic professionals for a banking voice process. This is a fully work from office opportunity requiring excellent command over English and regional languages like Assamese and Oriya. Candidates will handle voice-based customer support and must be comfortable with rotational shifts.

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions via voice channels.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines and compliance.
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy during customer interactions.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs and performance standards.

Requirements :

Excellent command over English and Assamese or Oriya (verbal and written).

Flexibility to work in 24x7 rotational shifts with one rotational week-off.

Qualification :

Graduates - With Minimum One Year of on paper BPO Experience.

Location: Kolkata

Salary :

Good salary hike based on the last drawn CTC, up to 20-25 %
