Job Description:
We are recruiting Customer Support Executives who will operate in our Kochi office and will be serving our Client which is a Bank. An ideal candidate must have a graduation and should be passionate to build their career in a Client facing/ Customer centric role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Voice Process- Blended.
* Resolving the queries and concerns of customers in a timely manner thereby ensuring the agreed service level with the customer. -- Related to Bank
* Grievance Redressal
* Introducing new services/ products to Customers.
*Generating revenue for the bank.
Work Location: Kochi.
Joiner : Immediate
Qualification : Any Graduate
Work Days : 6 days
1 rotational Week Off
