Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  
• Strong knowledge of Inbound Voice Process processes and procedures.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (Versant Score of 4 required)
• Maximum age limit is 40
