Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their workforce needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on workforce and MIS performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Completion of Task within the timelines
• Responsible for adhering the processes
• Sound understanding of looking through reports and sharp analytical skills

• Proven experience in workforce management and MIS roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in WFM software and MIS tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• SQL & Power BI Knowledge
