Roles and Responsibility :

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and selected candidates to assess their suitability for the position.
• Manage bulk hiring processes by coordinating schedules with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

Day Shift.

Location: Electronic city, Bangalore

Qualifications & Skills : Full time Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field.
