Position- Talent Acquisition

Location- Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities-

* Need to take care of frontline sales hiring for Banks retail asset vertical and to assure 100% manning penetration throughout the year

* Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channel

* Facilitate internal hiring processes like referrals and other campaigns

* Coordinating with various stakeholders & departments for scheduling interviews

* Achieve staffing recruitment by evaluating and recruiting the candidates as per the given business mandates and well versed of Bulk Hiring candidates from BFSI/NBFC industry

* Attract talent by placing job advertisements through various hiring sources and through Job Portals & Social Media

* Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirement

* Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment norms & policy.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding.

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and schedule interviews.

* Analyse MIS reports to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

* Ensure timely completion of all recruitment operations within budget constraints.

* Conduct background verifications, generate offers, and manage joining formalities for new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile-

• 0-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (recruitment operations).
• Strong understanding of HR coordination, recruitment management, and talent management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with expertise in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
