Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through chat process, handling international customers' queries and concerns.
• Handle non-voice processes such as email, web chat, or messaging platforms.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer support or related field).
• Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts (rotating schedule).
• Graduated/ Undergraduate/12th
• Immediate Joiner

• 5.5 days working
• Salary -25 CTC/In-Hand 21k (for 3 months) + 2K PLA (after 3months)
