Job Role: Customer Care Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone

- Provide product/service information to customers

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass qualification

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts
