Job Description:

The Agency Channel Specialists recruits, trains, and supports agents to drive sales and achieve targets. They manage relationships, monitor performance, ensure product knowledge, and collaborate on marketing efforts. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Recruit and train agents/agencies to strengthen the distribution network.

- Drive sales and help agents meet targets through strategic planning.

- Build strong relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct performance reviews.

- Ensure agents understand products, selling techniques, and compliance.

- Track performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.

- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and sales tools.

- Ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.

Qualification & Experience :

- Must completed Graduation compulsory.

- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.

- 3+ years in native or residential.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.

- Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
