Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Job Description:

The Relationship Manager role involves selling insurance products through a bank's network, building relationships with bank staff and customers, achieving sales targets, and providing ongoing support and training. It focuses on promoting insurance, ensuring compliance, and offering post-sales service.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Promote and sell insurance products through the bank's branch network.

- Build relationships with bank partners, branch managers, and relationship managers.

- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance products.

- Achieve sales targets set by the insurance company or bank.

- Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products.

- Offer excellent customer service and resolve policy-related queries.

- Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations.

- Track sales performance and report progress.

- Ensure compliance with insurance and banking regulations.

Qualification & Experience :

- Must have completed Graduation.

- At least 2+ years in sales and marketing in banking or insurance.

- 3+ years in native or residential.

- Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
